Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Coordinator/Quality Assurance Specialist to support the US Department of Health and Human Services' Office on Women's Health.
Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day project operations and maintain project deliverables schedule
- Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and monitor quality assurance metrics
- Lead onboarding activities for new team members and provide project leadership in the absence of the Project Manager
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3-5 years of professional experience in project coordination, program administration, or quality assurance
- Experience in developing SOPs and monitoring quality metrics for communications
- Understanding of telephony systems, messaging platforms, and web-based chat services
- Background investigation required
