Production Supervisor Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Production Supervisor Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage deliverables and perform quality assurance through call listening sessions and calibrations
• Analyze and present information to leadership for decision-making and manage call escalations
• Create reports using AI and analytical tools, and coach agents on performance metrics

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Familiarity with computer systems and ability to navigate complex software
• Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations and monitoring KPIs
• Experience in a call center or handling high volumes of customer service inquiries
