Project Design Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Design Manager to lead design initiatives and manage spatial data for corporate real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead test fit design for locations and manage annual portfolio audits
• Ensure compliance with design standards and oversee the maintenance of spatial data management tools
• Collaborate with teams to manage project close-out processes and improve workplace design standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a CIDA accredited institution in a related field or equivalent certification
• Three to five years of experience in a corporate real estate environment
• Proficiency in architectural and engineering drawings and concepts
• Experience managing projects of varied scope and complexity
• Revit experience is required
