Proposal Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Unit Specialist to support the development and production of proposals for new and existing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and ensure an efficient proposal production process for RFPs
• Prepare and format files for complex response development including RFPs and RFIs
• Maintain the RFP response library and monitor websites for business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of experience in coordinating proposal responses
• Experience in the health care industry preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe software
• Writing experience in a health care, marketing, or public relations role preferred
