A company is looking for a Proposal Manager to support business development efforts by leading the proposal development process for government and commercial opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the proposal lifecycle, including kickoff meetings, outlines, schedules, and team coordination
- Review and interpret RFPs to ensure compliance with requirements
- Collaborate with SMEs to gather information and develop proposal content
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing federal, state, or commercial proposals
- Strong understanding of government contracting and proposal best practices
- Bachelor's degree in business, Communications, English, or a related field preferred
