Proposal Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Proposal Specialist II to prepare winning proposals and presentations while collaborating with technical leads and Capture Managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate kick-off meetings, define expectations, and manage proposal schedules
• Develop strategy discussions and collaborate with the team to create win themes
• Lead the development of visual and written content for proposals, including drafting and editing narratives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years of experience in proposal planning, preparation, and development
• Familiarity with the AEC industry and regional/local public agencies
• Intermediate to expert skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong project management and organizational skills
