Key Responsibilities
- Analyze RFP/RFQ/RFI requirements and develop compliance matrices and proposal outlines
- Lead or support the proposal development process from kickoff to final submission
- Write, edit, and format technical and non-technical content
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience writing proposals for engineering or government contracting firms
- Strong understanding of government procurement processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of InDesign or Adobe Suite is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines and adapt in a fast-paced environment
