Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of provider data in Health Net's systems
- Enter and reconcile provider data according to established standards
- Respond to inquiries regarding provider data and communicate necessary changes to providers
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma required; some college coursework desirable
- Three years of general data management experience in a relevant environment
- Two years of experience in provider relations or health plan operations
- Familiarity with automated claims processing or provider maintenance
- Candidates must be located in or near Woodland Hills, CA/Los Angeles, CA
