Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) Consultant in the Public Health and Social Services Sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise to inform needs assessment processes
• Analyze organizational infrastructure and resource allocation practices of the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services
• Contribute to the development of a strategic plan and actionable implementation framework

Required Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Public Administration, Public Health, Social Policy, Organizational Development, or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in strategic planning or advisory services for public health and social service agencies
• Experience working with state or large local government entities on strategic planning
• Strong knowledge of best practices in health and social service delivery systems
• Expertise in developing implementation frameworks and change management plans
