QA Operations Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA/Operations Engineer III (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and troubleshoot test failures and application compatibility issues
• Administer lab machines and manage OS image creation and updates
• Run product test cases manually for environment validation as needed

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in manual QA testing
• Basic understanding of DevOps practices
• Experience with infrastructure as code tooling (e.g., Terraform/Ansible)
• Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., TestRail/Xray) and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
• Familiarity with Python and shell scripting
