Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Support Quality Assurance Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct tests before product launches to ensure software functionality and cost-effectiveness
• Interact with clients to optimize IT solutions and review internal workflows
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution and oversee continuous improvement projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 4 years of experience in software quality assurance in the healthcare industry
• Experience in requirements analysis, test planning, and executing test cases for healthcare clients
• Proficiency in using JIRA and experience in various testing methods, including Functional, Smoke, and Integration Testing
• Experience in preparing a traceability matrix
