QA Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QA Project Manager to lead a large-scale automation initiative for a healthcare project.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across QA and automation workstreams
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and facilitate requirement gathering sessions
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare IT or software development
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, test automation frameworks, and SDLC
• Experience managing projects involving EHR/EMR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner, Meditech)
• Familiarity with HIPAA, HITECH, and other healthcare compliance requirements
• PMP, CSM, or similar certification preferred
