Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure the quality and compliance of peer review reports.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance review of peer review reports and related documents
• Ensure compliance with client instructions, regulatory guidelines, and federal/state mandates
• Assist in the resolution of client complaints and quality assurance issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of two years clinical or related field experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
• Ability to work independently and prioritize work activities efficiently
