Quality Analyst - Healthcare Claims

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Analyst with Healthcare - Claims & Membership experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for healthcare claims and membership applications
• Perform automation testing of backend services, APIs, and data flows
• Log and track defects using Jira, and maintain test documentation in Confluence

Required Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of experience in healthcare with end-to-end testing
• Strong proficiency in testing methodologies
• Hands-on experience with API testing tools like Swagger and Postman
• Proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
