Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality of products and enhance customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the development team to uphold high-quality standards in product design and creation
• Develop and document test plans, cases, and scripts for comprehensive product testing
• Conduct manual and automated testing to ensure products meet customer expectations and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, software engineering, information technology, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a Quality Assurance role, preferably in a software development environment
• Experience with performance and load testing, both manual and automated
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of automated testing tools (Selenium, Jira, or Confluence)
