A company is looking for a Customer Experience Sr Professional Quality / Business Analyst - Provider Enrollment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate customer interactions to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory compliance
- Utilize procedural and technology automation to enhance quality assurance support
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and engage with stakeholders to improve quality evaluations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5+ years in quality assurance and analysis within the Healthcare industry
- At least 3 years of experience in Provider Enrollment and/or Credentialing
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of two or more MMIS business areas and experience with operations staff
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite and Salesforce software
