Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of inbound and outbound interactions for compliance with standards
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and alignment with stakeholders through engagement sessions
• Make data-driven recommendations for process and policy enhancements

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of quality assurance or subject matter expertise experience
• Knowledge of Medicaid Provider Enrollment and experience with operations staff
• Demonstrated capability to embrace and implement change
• Strong organizational and time management skills
