Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Quality Assurance Coordinator, Remote.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, execute, and report on assessments to support sales and business objectives
  • Program and utilize a voice analytics platform for quality assurance evaluations
  • Lead small scale initiatives and contribute to process improvements within the department
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in quality assurance, operational controls, or related fields
  • Ability to learn and utilize voice analytics and call recording platforms
  • Knowledge of healthcare products and services or experience in a regulated industry preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Visio, and Excel
