A company is looking for a Medicare Sales Quality Assurance Coordinator, Remote.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and report on assessments to support sales and business objectives
- Program and utilize a voice analytics platform for quality assurance evaluations
- Lead small scale initiatives and contribute to process improvements within the department
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in quality assurance, operational controls, or related fields
- Ability to learn and utilize voice analytics and call recording platforms
- Knowledge of healthcare products and services or experience in a regulated industry preferred
- Proficiency in MS Teams, Word, Visio, and Excel
