Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Nurse responsible for monitoring and evaluating processes to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and monitor the organization's quality assessment performance improvement (QAPI) program
• Compile, trend, and report quality data related to patient care, safety, and customer satisfaction
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while acting as a clinical resource to staff

Required Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in state(s) of practice
• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests
• Valid State Driver's License and access to an automobile in good working order
• 1+ years of recent experience in hospice/home care preferred
