Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality control review of loan files and identify discrepancies
• Review documents to detect and prevent fraud, ensuring compliance with guidelines
• Collaborate with various departments to improve processes and drive quality enhancement

Required Qualifications

• 6 months of relevant work experience within the company with no disciplinary actions in the last 3 months
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, and Excel
• Ability to manage a pipeline and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently
• Associate's degree in a related field is preferred
