Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to ensure high-quality reports and compliance with client agreements and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews of reports and ensure compliance with client specifications
• Verify clinical citations and references, ensuring they are current and reputable
• Assist in resolving customer complaints and quality assurance issues as needed

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years of IME or medical experience preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance industry, particularly in claims management
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and general computer operations
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and maintain confidentiality
