Quality Improvement Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director, Quality Improvement (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversees and implements healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs
• Leads HEDIS Performance Measurement programs and monitors key quality indicators
• Collaborates with various departments to ensure compliance and effectiveness of quality programs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Minimum of 7+ years relevant experience, including 5 years in health plan quality improvement
• Demonstrated knowledge of HEDIS programs and NCQA accreditation
• 2 years Medicaid and 2 years Medicare experience
• 3 years management experience
