Key Responsibilities
- Verify and validate medical records, ensuring accuracy of member information
- Address error reports promptly and maintain productivity targets across assigned projects

Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required
- Administrative experience in a healthcare environment is preferred
- Proven customer service experience and/or training
- Ability to effectively use computer software, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Knowledge of record retrieval processes and HIPAA regulations
