A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the quality improvement program, including HEDIS reporting and related activities
- Review and analyze reports and confer with staff to gather necessary data for planning work functions
- Ensure compliance with government program requirements and manage vendor oversight and corrective action plans
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of experience in quality improvement
- Supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred
- Nursing background preferred
- Certified Professional in Healthcare or quality improvement certification preferred
