Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Quality Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the quality improvement program, including HEDIS reporting and related activities
• Review and analyze reports and confer with staff to gather necessary data for planning work functions
• Ensure compliance with government program requirements and manage vendor oversight and corrective action plans

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience in quality improvement
• Supervisory experience in a healthcare environment preferred
• Nursing background preferred
• Certified Professional in Healthcare or quality improvement certification preferred
