A company is looking for a Quality Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the Quality Data Management System and oversee the Voice of the Customer Program
- Develop and execute Corrective Action Plans in response to nonconformance reports
- Coordinate activities with various managers to ensure timely data collection and reporting
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Five to seven years of Quality Management experience, with leadership roles preferred
- Ability to obtain ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor and Six Sigma Black Belt certification
- Must be CAC eligible and possess a valid US Passport
- Experience with Process Development, Document Management, and Continuous Improvement methodologies
- Strong planning and organizational skills are essential
