Quality Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute key quality improvement projects, enhancing clinical workflows and provider engagement
• Develop business requirements, perform in-depth analysis, and create project plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and ensure alignment on project goals and quality workflows

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of healthcare or clinical operations experience
• 2+ years of EMR front end experience, preferably with Epic EMR
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare quality programs, focusing on CMS Star Rating programs
• 1+ years of project or program management support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
