Job Summary

A company is looking for an EOI and Enrollment Quality Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct quality reviews of case components to ensure production metrics and quality standards are met
• Provide real-time support and coaching to EOI and Enrollment analysts
• Identify process trends and propose streamlined solutions while maintaining acceptable production turnaround times

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or 5+ years of equivalent work experience
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple priorities
• Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to change
• Strong interpersonal skills
