Key Responsibilities
- Review prescription and service complaints to identify root causes and trends
- Enter quality incidents into the appropriate database tracking system
- Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and support cross-functional coordination
Required Qualifications
- 1+ year of SPRx experience
- 1+ year of data interpretation and analysis experience
- Proven ability to support and manage multi-faceted initiatives
- Flexibility in supporting rapid adjustments to strategy and priorities
- High school diploma and/or equivalent required
