Quality Documentation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quality Documentation Specialist who will manage specification data quality, regulatory compliance, and change management for products.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and route specifications for materials, formulas, and finished goods
• Ensure specifications comply with quality, food safety, and regulatory requirements
• Assess vendor compliance with documentation standards and maintain accurate records

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Regulatory Science, Chemistry, or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in the food or supplement industry
• Understanding of the end-to-end product development process related to R&D, Quality, and Regulatory Compliance
• Strong knowledge of Specification and Data Management systems
• Detailed understanding of North American labeling laws and ability to generate compliant panels
