Cash Control Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Control Manager who will oversee the Quality Assurance and Electronic Data Interchange functions within the Revenue Services Center.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a QA program to monitor compliance with operational procedures
• Review RSC processes to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
• Manage the EDI team and oversee payor web portal administration

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• 2 years of experience in QA and EDI oversight
• Experience in managing multiple priorities
• Proficient in interpreting data and quality reports
• Effective team leadership and performance management experience
