Job Summary
A company is looking for a Cash Control Manager who will oversee the Quality Assurance and Electronic Data Interchange functions within the Revenue Services Center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a QA program to monitor compliance with operational procedures
- Review RSC processes to identify gaps and recommend corrective actions
- Manage the EDI team and oversee payor web portal administration
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- 2 years of experience in QA and EDI oversight
- Experience in managing multiple priorities
- Proficient in interpreting data and quality reports
- Effective team leadership and performance management experience
