A company is looking for a Sr. Consultant, Quality Control & Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Quality Process Improvement projects and initiatives, including leading work management and heat mapping projects
- Initiate process improvements, root cause analysis, and implement metrics, automation, and training
- Collaborate with various teams to define client implementation testing processes and maintain quality documentation
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry or expertise in benefit configuration and testing
- Expert level experience with MS Excel for data analysis
- Minimum eight years of experience in leading process improvement initiatives
- Experience in client-facing roles with knowledge of PBM processes and quality controls
