Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Consultant, Quality Control & Improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute Quality Process Improvement projects and initiatives, including leading work management and heat mapping projects
  • Initiate process improvements, root cause analysis, and implement metrics, automation, and training
  • Collaborate with various teams to define client implementation testing processes and maintain quality documentation
Required Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience in the healthcare industry or expertise in benefit configuration and testing
  • Expert level experience with MS Excel for data analysis
  • Minimum eight years of experience in leading process improvement initiatives
  • Experience in client-facing roles with knowledge of PBM processes and quality controls
