Software Quality Control Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a QC Software Testing Lead to oversee software quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and support the software testing team to meet quality goals and deadlines
• Design and execute manual and automated test plans for web, mobile, and API-based applications
• Track quality metrics, manage defects, and ensure comprehensive test coverage

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years in software QC/testing, with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with QC tools: JIRA, TestRail, Selenium, Postman, Git, etc
• Solid experience in both manual and automated testing
