Quantitative Analytics Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Quantitative Analytics Manager responsible for leading the development and validation of predictive and machine-learning models.

Key Responsibilities

• Create models and conduct prescriptive analysis to solve business problems
• Lead projects involving complex problems with broad implications
• Review deliverables and coach team members on best practices

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a quantitative discipline and 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree and 6 years of relevant experience
• Understanding of best practices for data capturing and analysis methods
• Experience with advanced Microsoft Office Suite, SQL/NoSQL, and data retrieval techniques
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS
• Ability to establish modeling standards and coach others on techniques
