Job Summary
A company is looking for a Regional Assistant to support the Regional Operations Director with various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize the incoming fleet model for the assigned region
- Attend weekly procurement meetings and provide updates on the fleet model
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and appointments for the regional team
Required Qualifications
- 2 or more years in a related position supporting a high-level leadership team is preferred
- Past event planning experience is preferred
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Docs, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
