Key Responsibilities

• Adapt the EMEA rehabilitation model to the Australian market and contribute to service expansion
• Conduct individual interviews and manage a regional network of affiliates for support services
• Assist in building the operational implementation of the service and ensure quality management of cases

Required Qualifications

• Clinical and pathological psychology background with knowledge of occupational and corporate HR psychology
• Understanding of the corporate environment and outplacement stakeholders
• Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
