Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile commission receivables by policy, producer, and carrier
- Determine commission amounts due to producers and process payments based on established schedules
- Prepare financial analyses to assess company performance and maintain carrier compensation grids
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Diploma
- One (1) to two (2) years of experience in a related role
- Knowledge of basic finance and accounting principles
- Experience with Excel and CRM systems
