Deep passion for games across platforms (console, PC, mobile).

Strong knowledge of game genres, design elements, and audience appeal.

Clear and objective writing style for summarizing game content.

Experience managing projects or vendors; strong organizational skills.

Proficiency in tools like Excel, Airtable, Google Sheets, and data platforms.

Experience with children’s content or global markets is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $70,000–$370,000, determined by experience, role, and market data. Option to choose mix of cash vs. stock.

Health coverage, 401(k) with match, stock options, mental health resources, generous paid time off, family-forming benefits, and more.

Netflix is committed to inclusion and equal opportunity. Accommodations are available throughout the hiring process upon request.
