Mid-Senior Game Producer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mid/Senior Game Producer to oversee project completion and ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support a multidisciplinary team to achieve project milestones
• Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring resource needs are met
• Communicate project progress to management and clients while promoting teamwork

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a production role managing cross-functional teams
• Expertise in production methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and relevant software (Jira, Shotgun, etc.)
• Deep understanding of game development and project management practices
• Experience shipping AA and/or AAA titles from start to finish
• BA degree or equivalent in management/organization is preferred
