Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with significant platform or infrastructure experience
• 3+ years in a senior leadership or people management role
• Proven success in launching new products and building scalable platform capabilities
• Experience in regulated industries like healthtech, fintech, or insurtech
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
