Required Qualifications

• 10-15 years of progressive product management experience, with 5+ years at the Senior Director level in fintech or regulated financial services
• Proven track record of delivering AI/ML-powered products with quantifiable business impact
• Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Financial Engineering, Data Science, MBA) is desired
• Deep domain expertise in brokerage operations, equities, options, or futures
• Experience navigating SEC/FINRA compliance frameworks for AI solutions
