Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in insurance product management, actuarial, underwriting, or related roles
• Strong knowledge of auto insurance products, pricing methodologies, and regulatory processes
• Proficiency in data tools such as SQL, Tableau, or similar; strong Excel skills required
• Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
