Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Operations Manager/Sr. Product Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance operational processes and implement optimizations through cross-functional collaboration
• Lead high-priority cross-functional projects across the Product Development Lifecycle
• Mentor Product Management teams and develop training materials to support internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 3-7 years of experience in Product Operations and/or Product Management
• Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
• Experience in leading multiple concurrent cross-company projects
• Proven ability to influence without authority and align cross-functional teams
• Knowledge of Pendo, JPD, Power BI, and JIRA
