340B Compliance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a 340B Audit-Comp Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops systems and processes to limit program liabilities and conducts audits to identify risks
• Reviews and monitors utilization records and purchasing accounts for compliance with 340B regulations
• Performs monthly compliance audits and assists covered entities with reporting and data requests

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Business Management, or Hospital Administration; or Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician; or High School Diploma with two years of healthcare experience
• Three years of healthcare, finance, or pharmacy experience
• Preferred: Bachelor degree in relevant fields or Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician with two years of experience
• Experience with the 340B Drug Pricing Program and data analysis
• Familiarity with audit processes and reporting in a healthcare setting
