Key Responsibilities

- Create territory plans and lead outbound outreach to build a qualified BaaS pipeline
- Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead discussions with BaaS customers
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company
- Experience building trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional business partners
- Self-starter capable of operating independently to drive business results
- Proven experience leading complex negotiations involving bespoke commercial agreements
