Key Responsibilities
- Create and implement account development strategies to align with growth objectives
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor
- Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and securing annual renewals
Required Qualifications
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas with positive customer feedback
- At least 3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success Management, or inside sales
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Jira
- Healthcare industry expertise and telecom technical knowledge are a plus
- Technical experience with complex customer API integrations is advantageous
