Key Responsibilities
- Hire, coach, and develop a team of junior Account Managers focused on transactional SMB accounts
- Lead a team responsible for high-volume outbound calling to identify expansion opportunities and drive revenue growth

Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience managing an Account Management or inside sales team in a transactional, high-volume environment
- Proven success in developing and coaching junior talent
- Strong performance management experience with a focus on motivating teams to exceed targets
- Sales-driven mindset with a track record of achieving revenue, retention, and expansion goals
- Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with call coaching tools like Gong is a plus
