Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager to manage client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Process order inquiries and manage customer data to ensure a satisfactory rental experience

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a four-year college or university is desired
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the event or hospitality industry in relevant roles
• Proficiency in IntelliEvent software and experience with CRM systems
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
