Job Summary
A company is looking for an Account Manager to expand and retain customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive retention and expansion opportunities
- Take initiative to prospect into assigned accounts and develop strategies for the book of business
- Manage and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a closing role as an Account Manager, Account Executive, or similar sales position, ideally in SaaS
- Experience with mid-market to enterprise customers, managing and negotiating contracts
- Strong sales acumen with the ability to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Highly self-motivated with a proactive and strategic mindset
