A company is looking for an Account Service Representative (ASR).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist policy owners and agents with inquiries related to life insurance policies and products
- Handle incoming calls regarding premium, billing, customer website access, and client changes
- Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or above
- 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in Insurance/Financial Services
- Familiarity with MS Office applications
- Understanding of insurance terminology, particularly in Life/Retirement Services
- Prior call center experience is preferred
