Account Service Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Service Representative (ASR).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist policy owners and agents with inquiries related to life insurance policies and products
• Handle incoming calls regarding premium, billing, customer website access, and client changes
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or above
• 0-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in Insurance/Financial Services
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Understanding of insurance terminology, particularly in Life/Retirement Services
• Prior call center experience is preferred
