Key Responsibilities
- Engage customers and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction
- Manage the order process, including entry, verification, and accuracy checks
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments for support and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or 3+ years of customer service experience
- Preferred experience in flooring, rubber industry, or manufacturing
- Experience with ERP or CRM systems is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
- Strong math skills are required
